Metzger Hall Dorm Reviews at Rutgers

It was pretty much what I expected the typical freshman dorms would be. Not clean nor well maintained. It was adjacent to the nicest freshmen dorms on campus too, which felt odd in a way. You would think that by building a hotel-like dormitory next to ones that are decades old, that they would at least kept it clean maintained to a decent level, but it isn't.

I stayed at Metzger Hall my freshmen year. The kids in the dorm were very immature, and the bathroom was always in terrible condition. Metzger Hall itself is relatively old. The dorm rooms themselves however were nice.

Metzger Hall is a great residence hall for freshman looking for a spacious, air-conditioned dorm with a quiet atmosphere. While the location doesn't have the social life of College Avenue, there are still many opportunities to make friends at Metzger Hall.
