Bayside Residential Community Dorm Reviews at RWU

Bayside is one of the best places to live for on-campus housing. It comes with an outdoor common area with picnic tables and a Gazebo. The view from each apartment in the courtyard is clear skies, and boats driving around the ocean. During the nighttime, it is a perfect spot to sit on the grass and capture the sunset over the ocean. Bayside is also perfect for its location. It is only a 5-minute walk to any class on campus and a 2-minute walk to the dining hall or recreation centers. In front of the courtyards over the hill are all sports fields. This makes it easy to watch any sport you are interested in without having to go through a hassle. These dorms are in an apartment-style. This includes having a fully furnished living area, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. Lastly, Bayside is best for meeting new people. A lot of the people in the courtyards get to know each other by seeing each other so often. This is a great spot to make new connections and college memories!

Being at Bayside is a unique experience at Roger Williams University. While each apartment does come with a full living space, there are no indoor common areas besides the laundry rooms. The green in the center of the complexes function as common spaces when the weather is nicer.

It has been wonderful as it has allowed me to live with my friends in apartment style housing while still being on-campus. It has a great location on campus in relation to the school buildings while also having views of the water. Apartment style means that there aren't really common spaces so it's really nice to be living with he people I want to live with. Additionally I have options for food because of a fully functioning kitchen. I can choose whether to make my own meals or walk to the cafeteria. Overall I feel that Bayside is the best housing available at RWU

Overall good community! There are many events catered to student body. both online and in person. Also RAs and Cores are very responsive to both issues and needs of students. Lastly the location is great and walking distance from water.

I had a create experience at bayside 400's. I could see the ocean from my room. I had a huge bathroom, living room, and bed room. Our floors flooded once so if you are on the second floor you won't have a problem
