My freshmen year was a great year in the dorms. I had a roommate and it wasn't any complication. Now I'm a sophomore and I have a private room and I enjoy it even more. The dorm provides three different floors and unfortunately I been on the first floor. I had two surgeries in 2022 on my leg and they were so understanding and helpful to me not letting me climb 3 flights of stairs each day with the disability with my leg. I thank them very much for the consideration and thoughtfulness they gave me. I have enjoyed my residential at Bussey and I continue to reside there until I graduate.

Hello! I am a Former Resident Of Bussey Hall at Southern Arkansas University. Although I had some doubt about moving into a dorm. It wasnβt quite bad. For instance, they offered study halls, allowed access to computers to make sure students have complete access to their classes, you had the option to have a private room which means you do not have to fathom the thought of having a roommate if it isnβt something you preferred. Living in Bussey Hall was a bitter sweet experience. You are treated as a young adult attending college meaning no curfews, a safe environment to live, etc. I would highly recommend living in a dormitory!
