Hugine Suites Dorm Reviews at SC State

My experience was nothing but amazing. It is basically like having your own apartment but on campus. It’s the center of student life. In the suites are full bathrooms, washer and dryer, complete kitchen, and nice size rooms. I loved it and it’s a plus living with with your friends. There is also have a courtyard that is full of life when they have events. Events such as day parties, food truck festivals, and entrepreneur festivals. Not only that we can host get together (game and movie nights) in our suites. I also recommend Hugine Suites to student, especially if you want ti out yourself out there.

Hugine Suites is nice because it has separate bedrooms (that lock individually) for each roommate. There are also 2 bathrooms for 4 residents, kitchen, and small living room. It is spacious and nice. The first floor doesn't feel as safe as people knock on the windows a lot.

I haven’t moved in yet but i have taken a tour and it’s nice and clean great vibes and it’s easy to adapt here, i love visiting they make me feel welcomed and the housing looks amazing, looking forward to spending my next 4 years here.

I am an upcoming freshman at SCSU and I would love to be in the Hugine Suite. It seems to be the best on campus as well as cleanest. It also has very good TA’s so I would love to be in the Hugine Suite.

Had a very nice time. Make sure you room with people you know and are comfortable with. Also make sure your room is up to date and clean they do dorm checks to see id everything is how it is suppose to be.

My experience at Hugine Suites started my sophomore year of college. It was definitely nerve wracking because it was like first feels of a new apartment. The rooms are fairly spacious. Depending on the actual room you get determines how much space you have. Some rooms have two wide windows while others, like mine, had only one. But, I still loved it and made it my own. The suite itself was beautiful. Livingroom space was nicely furnished. Vanity sink area was incredibly spacious. It had lots of potential, although I could have gone without the pesky suitemates. All in all, I miss my second home. The yard space in the commons area was literally breathtaking. Perfectly symmetrical bushes with flower gardens seemed to be painted by God himself. Staff and maintenance kept it up extremely well. Every other morning they'd be outside cutting the grass. That's how I knew it was time to get out of bed. Hugine Suites is definitely the place to be. For upperclassmen, of course.

My life at hugine is great. I wake up, go to school in the morning and start my day off right. I remember me first moving in, i was so nervous but i had to get used to my surroundings. Im glad that I got used to it.
