Gries Hall is great for upperclassman looking for their own personal space while still being able to live with their friends. The kitchen is only a small triangle of laminate flooring, so it is difficult to keep the joint kitchen-living area clean with the carpet. Additionally, Gries Hall is pretty loud. There is no soundproofing for the apartment above while there is for the one below (if you live on the second floor).
