Pretty lovely! The rooms are very spacious no matter if its a single or a double, it is a pet-friendly hall which is always fun, most rooms share a bathroom with only one other person so privacy is respected, it's always kept very clean in the common areas, and the location on campus keeps it close to almost all classes!
