Wood Hall Dorm Reviews at Stephens College

I'd say Wood Hall is probably one of the best dorm buildings on campus. I've personally found it very well-kept and maintained. The only downside would be how loud the streets are, but I understand that's not something my college can control. I only ranked the safety on the lower side because the Senior Quad where my dorm is located connects right to the sidewalk leading into downtown where I feel more intoxicated/possibly dangerous individuals would be. That said, the RAs tend to be very pleasant and I've yet to encounter any major maintenance issues. The only work orders I've ever had to put in were to fix a lightbulb and an AC. It's comfortable, clean, and pleasant to stay in.

It is nicer than the other dorms but it could use some updating and renovating. We could use more common area amenities. It is fairly quiet but the walls are thin. The computer lab is small. The laundry room could use more machines.

Wood Hall is a nice and quiet dorm. If anything ever breaks I can call maintenance and it is fixed right away. There is staff that cleans it daily. Overall 10/10 experience. I feel as though Wood Hall is the best dorm to have on campus, however it is not pet-friendly like the others.
