It provides a nice quiet environment and was an ideal place to stay my sophomore through junior year. My roommates were great, the kitchen and bathroom were clean and neat when I first moved in. The only thing I would advise is to not have food or snacks stored on the floor because there are ants.

Definitely get to know the people you're going to be living with and communication is going to be really important. The bathroom is very tiny and the toilet gets dirty very quickly. Its also very cold especially during the winter. Besides that, I feel very safe here.
