Housing 1 Dorm Reviews at Stockton

Housing 1 was pretty quaint at Stockton. However, I both liked and disliked how close it was to the trails at Stockton. I thoroughly enjoyed having proximity to the trails, however, there were always bugs in my dorm. In addition, the maintenance was not great for such bug problems.

Very old building, with a lot of out dated items in the rooms. The are very tiny and there not that much space to put your clothing. Kitchen is outdated and bathroom is separated from toilet to sink.

Housing 1 is definitely a good choice if off-campus housing is not realistic. It has a decent amount of space and the kitchen was able to accommodate any necessary meal prep. I wish there was more sink space as it is difficult for 4 roommates to share one sink and bathroom but we made due. My only true complaint is the cost of housing, definitely much higher than I would think would be appropriate, especially due to the fact that off-campus apartments nearby are almost half the cost of housing on camous

Housing 1 is a very nice setting to be able to dorm at. It is very calming to be on this side of the campus to live on. Having a kitchen area in the dorm room is very nice because if it snows out we are able to make food without having to go out and risk slipping on ice.

I like my dorm because it has a full kitchen that I get to cook my own meals. There is a lot of cabinets in the kitchen and a full size refrigerator. Also, there is plenty of closet space in bedrooms. The dorm even has a nice size living room area. Highly recommend housing 1 building F
