Only one elevator which takes forever, you have to catch the door to your room so it doesnβt slam, there is no A/C, and there are no paper towels but other than that the hall is fine. I would recommend living in tommie north if at all possible

Brady hall was a good freshman year dorm. With the new renovations it was actually very nice and clean. The staff kept it in order and it was a great place to live on campus and cheaper then some other options.

It is a very cozy dorm room. They are clean and are kind of a bit old. They are old but it does not effect the experience at all. It is actually the biggest room dimensions in all of St. Thomas. The only bad thing is that the dorms are not connected to the food service.

I had three other roommates in my dorm room. They were respectful and nice. My floor did not have a lot of problems compared to the other floors. It was an older dorm that needed repairs. Maintenance did the best they could to keep the dorms clean
