Living Center South Dorm Reviews at SVSU

Nice size. Similar to a studio apartment. Each room has its own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has an apartment sizes stove with ove and a fridge. It also has a microwave. It is located in the center of campus in walking distance from everything. Has great parking close to dorm.

These are some of the BEST dorms in the state. Shared with one other roommate, you get a kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher to yourself. The space was ample and things were clean. GREAT place to live.

There are always activities going on. The people are friendly. There are no added fees, unless, of course, you break something. The facilities are always clean and in working order. There are free laundry machines (bring your own soap). Great place.

I live in a four bedroom apartment style dorm with two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms doesn’t have ceiling tiles and the furniture that comes in the living room seems a bit old/dirty. Other than that I really enjoy living in LCS.

For a first year, I'm truly lucky to have gotten the dorm I'm living in. It's so nice. I am so happy with the space, the community, everything. I absolutely adore living here. So truly blessed with this.
