Texan Village Apartments Dorm Reviews at Tarleton

I feel like the only reason that Texan Village was bad was because of a roommate in particular who never cleaned and maintenance would come 3 months after filing a report. The complex itself was somewhat clean but at times could have a lot of trash on the ground.

This is my 3rd year on campus and though it a smaller room and bed than most upperclassmen dorms, it is worth the couch, balcony, and kitchen. If you live on campus you are required to have a meal plan, but in Texan Village you are eligible for a cheaper one since you have a private kitchen. Parking is also some of the best on campus.

I really love Texan Village Apartments! This is my second year there. It is affordable, and it’s like an actual apartment! The plus side is that it is on the campus and you don’t have to pay monthly like you would for an actual off campus apartment. The carpet does get dirty really fast, which is one of the downsides, but other than that it is great!

Texan Village Apartments are great! They are convenient with having a kitchen, so it is like an actual apartment. The one thing that you have to look out for is that the walls are thin, so be careful if you share a wall with someone. Other than that, it is great and affordable!

I’ve been in these apartments for two years and they are good. It’s like living in an actual apartment without having to pay monthly and you’re on campus so you save gas! You also get a kitchen which is nice!

My experience at the Texan Village Apart was very welcoming! I felt like I was at home and felt extremely comfortable. The only issue I have is maintenance. My toilet was broken the first day I arrived and maintenance never came.As well as my neighbors ac had been broken for 2 weeks with no maintenance help.Other than that I really do love where i am staying.
