Paca House Dorm Reviews at Towson University

Paca is a nice area to live in that is considered to be more upscale housing. I lived in the Glen Towers my freshman year and have found that the Paca House in West Village was significantly nicer. Having your own bathroom is very nice. The rooms are a good size as well as the closets. I had a nice view from my window as well. The walls are thin so you are able to hear the people above, below, and next door. I question the safety and security, as I had an unpleasant experience with a guest of a student in the building. I found it hard to participate in group activities and meet new people. The staff members were great especially the RLC. My favorite thing to do was go get dinner at the West Village commons and then come back to my building and sit and attend the TV, or sports what party in the Lobby. It is quite a walk to the other side of campus, so sometimes it is hard to find the motivation to want to get up and go. The West village commons is really nice too considering the locations and different food options available. There is also areas for you to sit and study or hangout with your friends.

Even though I was only in PACA for a short time, I enjoyed having my own private bathroom and many areas to be with friends such as the lounge, common room, and the quiet room where I would go for online classes! The staff is super nice and is willing to help anyone who needs it, I never felt intimidated or less than just because I am a freshman.

I lived in Paca for 2 years and really have no complaints! I felt very secure and safe in the building, the common areas were always well maintained and kept clean, and the people working in the building were generally always friendly.
