My experience here has been pretty good for the most part. Not many issues with roommates; they are pretty clean and tidy. One main issue I have here is how other people treat the trash. They pile up the trash without making an effort to move the trash bins outside our parking garage gate so the garbage truck can come collect it. I feel that it is the responsibility of the owner to hire someone to move the trash and not the residents.
