So far has been wonderful. Bathrooms are private and are located every couple of doors. Community life is great everyone is super friendly. I live on the 4th floor so it can get a little hot but after popping open a window it becomes decently comfortable. The rooms are a little tight but not bad. The chair for the desks is not the most comfortable.
