First Five Freedom Hall Dorm Reviews at Texas State

First Five Freedom Hall is a newer hall, so it's nicer than the others. However, it is not central to campus at all. I have to drive in everyday to get to classes. There have been incidents of poop in showers, blood on sinks, etc. However, that all comes down to the sorts of people that live on your floor. The staff is nice, but like all college staff they sort of hound on you.

My experience was really good. The only bad thing was that it was far way from my classes. I lived in a single on the second floor. The laundry was on the same floor but it was hard to wash clothes since all five floors use it. The bathrooms were always clean. The showers were okay. Sometimes they were not that clean due to girls leaving hair in the shower. Everything else about the dorm was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always help me when I would lock myself out.
