Gaillardia Hall Dorm Reviews at Texas State

the floor above our hall is very loud, they don't listen to their ra about the noise complaints. the halls are always very clean, the maintenance people are the sweetest people and always so kind. our ra is so nice and supportive

I like the dorms in gaillardia. For a dorm there was a lot of space for 2 people and the closet was spacious too. The area gaillardia was located was great because my classes were close by and there were multiple parking garages near by since I decided to bring my car.

I have nothing to bad say about Gaillardia Hall, besides the rooms being too compacted. Truly a wonderful dorm the showers are cleaned consistently and right, the staff and RAs are friendly and easy to talk to. They also get things done in a timely manner and understand what it is like to finally get freedom. The location is very convenient to the library and where the food is.

It was a great hall for what I needed and I could always count on the staff to fix what I needed. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the dorm upon move in, I wished they had comfier chairs in the common area.

Gaillardia Hall has a very nice and calm atmosphere. It almost always feels welcoming every time I come back either from a class or any other event, which is just what any college student will need-- a relaxed area to call home. The rooms at Gaillardia are incredibly neat, very well spaced for two roommates. The bathrooms are close and pretty much always clean, as well as the lounging areas. The staff is nice and helpful when needed, doing their job splendidly. Gaillardia is, however, a bit further away from other campuses but the walks become easier and shorter as time goes by. This hall is perfect for any new college students, it's a breath of fresh air as well as a nice place to call your second home.

My experience at gaillardia hall was the main reason why my freshman year was awesome! My experience at gaillardia hall was also the reason to why I received good grades and made the deans list. I got to meet more people and make close friendships along the way. I would strongly recommend anyone deciding to attend Texas state should consider staying at gaillardia hall.

Great dorm, and even better location! Right by the bus loop, a short walk from dining halls and the quad! It is also right down the hill from the rec center which makes it even better. It is also fairly new so the condition of the dorm is great as well.

Gaillardia was a very fun place to stay with a convenient location for incoming freshman. They hosted fun activities for residents to help make friends. RAs were very helpful with any questions/problems students had. I found my current best friend there.

Moving into Gaillardia Hall, I found the area to be at the perfect spot on campus. Not to mention, the resources within Gaillardia very helpful. Calling this hall "amazing" would surely be an understatement.
