It has been a great experience and would definitely recommend it for anyone who is trying to stay in a clean, quiet, and safe space. You will also meet greet people in this dorm, and your circle will grow with people that want to see you succeed.

I loved my roommates that they matched me with and I'm still friends with some of them 2 years later. The bathrooms were kind of small and something seemed to always be broken in the bathroom. The rooms were very spacious and had great lighting. I felt safe living there and it's very close to campus.

It was a great place to live. The rooms were big enough for a dorm and the bathrooms were nice. Maintenance was very responsive and helpful. The common area was very large but the cabinets were small.

San Jacinto can get very noisy and, the bathrooms and dorm rooms are outdated, but it's nice to have your own room to relax in and get away from the stresses of college life. I would recommend this dorm hall to anyone who wants a private and also sociable on-campus living experience.

First, the location of San Jacinto hall is PERFECT! It's so close to the library, where I spend a lot of my time studying, and the new Target, where you can quickly get things and groceries for your dorm room. It's also the closest dorm near the downtown area of town -- definitely within walking distance. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff, who always smile when we walk in. I have a parking permit, and I've never had a problem finding a parking spot for my car in the garage that's under the dorm. I highly recommend the San Jacinto Hall to anyone who is searching for the perfect dorm at Texas State! Good luck!

San Jacinto Hall has been a nice place to stay. Out of all the dorms I'm glad I chose this one. It is located near the library and right across the street from Jones dining center. My favorite part about San Jacinto hall is the parking garage directly below it. This is very convenient.

The dorm was very old and had a huge mold issue on the fourth floor. Residents were getting sick with respiratory infections. The noise on the fourth floor was quite loud, there was poor lighting, old bathrooms, moldy shower bars, and the AC would go out constantly. It once got up to 85 degree in my dorm.
