Tercero Dorm Reviews at UC Davis

When I lived in the Tercero dorms, it was always clean. The location is very close to the heart of campus as well as having easy access to downtown Davis, so living there, you're not shut off from either side of campus life. Everyone in the building (both staff and students) that I passed by was always friendly.

Staffs in Tercero DC or Tercero in general are all friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean but it two showers per one third of the floor was kind of hard. Also, the dorm itself was in good quality but the walk to some classes were really long.

It was a nice place to live in for 1 year but would not live in a similar dorm ever again. I was stuck into a room with 2 other students, that was meant to be a double. They squeezed a bunk bed and a single bed in a small space.

The food was the best at Tercero. It is further than the other dorms on campus, but it was the nicest (I think it was also the newest). It's right next to the cows, but it's not as smelly as some people might say.

Great location because it's in the middle of campus, so getting to classes takes 5-10 minutes max on a bike. One thing that wasn't great is that we're super close to the cows, so the smell of cow manure gets pretty intense once the weather gets warmer. You need to swipe your student ID to get in the building and in your room, so super secure/safe!

Living at the Tercero Residence Halls was very convenient as the area is located right in the center of campus. The people are also very diverse, as there are many different learning communities within Tercero. The food was not spectacular as most first years reside in Tercero and therefore supply and demand rates fluctuate greatly. That being said, with the opening of the new student dining restaurant Latitude, food quality has improved significantly.

I absolutely loved Tercero. The common area is very open which allows you to meet new people as they pass by. The restrooms were cleaned pretty much every day and was rarely dirty. The dorms were spacious and everyone was very nice.

Its am amazing building with amazing dorms. The people there are so helpful and considerate.The food in the dining commons its immaculate. The area is beautiful next to the friendly cows, it's an amazing view.

It's the most amazing experience. I was afraid of living on campus this year but tercero made it feel just like home. The life is these dorms is remarkable, I just love it. The food is beyond tasty and great.
