Overall, the facility is quite brand new still (2020) and quite clean. Maintenance workers often clean and mop the floors as well as take out the dumpsters. Main pros are proximity to campus and surrounding college community. Downsides are lack of security against theivery.

I have had a good experience at the Green so far. There are many friendly students and CA’s. I am happy to be here this fall to make great memories and have a quiet place to study and write papers. Overall, this is a great place to live at while attending UC Davis although it is expensive.
