Rutherford Hall Dorm Reviews at UGA

Rutherford Hall is the best dorm at UGA in my opinion. The staff does an amazing job at keeping it clean and nice for all the residents. The building is beautiful and the rooms themselves are very spacious.

I really like living in Rutherford. The single rooms are the best. You have your own bathroom and shower. The rooms are very very big. Your are able to control your air and heat. There is a laundry on every floor which make its convenient.

As far as campus living goes, this is likely your best option. Although slightly more expensive than some other dorms as UGA, the private bathroom for you and 1 roommate is worth it! It is very quiet and more social than others admit. In a great location, you have ease of access to Snelling and Bolton dining halls, Tate Center, and MLC! Also, the 2 bus stops (on the east and south sides of the hall) are ready to take you anywhere on campus you need to go!

I loved this place. My friends and I actually called it "The Palace" because we were convinced it was the nicest place on campus. My roommate and I had our own bathroom and plenty of space. It was always clean and I never felt unsafe. It's in the middle of campus and near like 4 different bus stops and 2 dining halls. 10/10!

Rutherford hall and the community around it are extremely peaceful and quiet outside of game days. Most students in this dorm are well focused and keep to themselves. If you're searching for a location with respectful staff and good cleanliness this is the place to be.

I don’t have a roommate surprisingly and so far my experience has been wonderful. I have my own bathroom and sink and the hall gives 24 hour access which is called Visitation 2 at UGA. It is the perfect spot because I am in walking distance of everything.
