Haggin Hall (2014) Dorm Reviews at UK

The dorms at Haggin Hall are extremely nice, it's almost as if you had your own apartment. The suite-style rooms are private but there is still an area to connect and socialize with your roommate. The location is perfect, it's located near Willy T and the 90.

It was a good place to live. The front desk staff are very nice. It's close to the library and dining halls, so very easy to get around campus. I would recommend living there no matter if you are in the living learning program or not.

Haggin Hall was a very clean and generally quiet dorm. I shared a room with one roommate, and a bathroom with two additional roommates. Although the level of privacy was really nice, it was also somewhat isolating at times. Personally, I feel like I missed out on a more authentic dorm experience because the place was so modernized and private.

I lived in Haggin hall from August 2018 until May 2019. I had the room type where I shared a room with one other person and a bathroom with three other people. I loved every second of living in my dorm. I felt safe because of the RA's who checked residents in and out 24/7. I had ample amount of space and quiet time to focus on my studies at my desk in my room or in one of the many common areas that could be found throughout the dorm.

Its a very nice dorm and residence hall but my only real complaints are the failure to keep noise levels low at night and there are some small bugs coming through the sink drains. The staff is amazing and its probably one of the best locations on campus.
