Koury Hall Dorm Reviews at UNC

My experience at Koury hall has been great this past year. The hall has been very quiet for when I am studying or going to bed at night. Along with this, it has been easy to meet people here with the current situation of the pandemic. Everyone is extremely safe and I am able to feel comfortable when meeting new people. There have been a couple of issues with maintenance, yet the residence hall repsonded quickly to those issues. It is a bit farther away from the center of campus than I would prefer but it is close to the men's basketball arena for games. An overall great place to live!

It has been a great place to live this year! The residence hall has been quiet and has been a great place to meet other students. I feel very safe in my room and with the safety measures set for the COVID-19 pandemic.

It was very private, not much of a community in the dorm, but the room was huge and the bathrooms were private and very nice. You have to go to another building for mail, and if is a 15 min walk to the classes. Overall very nice dorm to start out the college experince.

It was the best freshman dorm experience. It was the biggest of the dorms and was typically the most quite about of the dorms. I would say the only downside would be the appearance but it makes up for it in terms of space.
