Moore-Strong Dorm Reviews at North Carolina

My experience at Moore-Strong was great, the hall was fairly quiet most of the time. My room was very clean when I got there, it's a bit small but you can work with it to make there be more room. My R.A. is the best, he makes sure everyone on his hall is doing ok and gives us advice and help with anything we need. Overall Moore-Strong is q good residence hall, only thing is that it's all the way in the back of the campus.

I dont like my RA she is annoying and the staff sometimes think there too good to clean the bathrooms even though it's their job. It has a good location and common area but half the time the vending machines are broken.

I transferred to UNCG in the fall of 2015 and lived in the Moore-Strong Dorm for that school year. I had a great RA and enjoyed the commons area where they had activities. The laundry room was easily accessible.

So far the other residences of Moore-Strong are pretty cool however the overall structure of the building is not aesthetically pleasing. The building is very old and reminds me of my elementary, middle, and high school buildings. (Especially the bathrooms)

I like how we try to make events in times of COVID. We have virtual movie nights and events that make it fun! The location is not ideal but, overall it's close enough to the places I need to be! It's bathrooms are not above and beyond but that's something I have to put past considering I'm in a freshman dorm.
