The Great Basin is a very nice residence hall. It is only about 3-4 years old. It has many nice features such as nice lobby area, front entrance security, large laundry room with sitting area, elevators, central air system, suite typed rooms that contains separate shower and toilet rooms. The location is also very convenient to all parts of the campus.

The Great Basin is a very nice dorm to live in. It is a newly constructed building in 2018 designated for STEM majors. The location is very convenient to all areas on campus. The main dinning hall The Den is only about 1 minute walk. There are 5 floors with two elevators, big laundry room with seating area. A computer lap and lounges on every floor. 24 hour front desk for security. Each room is air conditioned equipped with single bed with XL mattress, dresser, desk, chair, closet, waste basket, and recycle bin.
