Lone Mountain Dorm Reviews at USF

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Lone Mountain as it was incredibly clean in comparison to the dorms the year before and very safe. I truly felt that there was a sense of community with my neighbors as well as my Residence Advisor.

The building is brand new and very nice. It almost feels like a hotel. The ceilings are high and the appliances are nice. Lone mountain East is located on a good side of campus with easy access to most classes and the cafeteria.

The admission reception area is located up a short flight of stairs from the main entrance on the second floor. Students check in here for campus tours or to meet with our Admissions team. The second floor is also home to the Student Enrollment Services Office, where advisers are on hand to provide information about financial aid, registration, tuition, billing and student employment. On the first floor, The Wolf & Kettle Café includes a self-service food market, café and cafeteria with a variety of on-the-go menu items.

Lone Mountain is the perfect on-campus housing! It is quiet and clean with little drama. It's also separate from the majority of campus up on the hill. The views are also amazing! I lived there freshman and sophomore year and loved every minute of it.
