I was happy living there because I was able to cook for myself and had more private living quarters even though it was shared with three other people. I had some trouble with roommates, which I think is pretty common. I had supportive RAs which was helpful. I think that it is a good fit for someone who is ready to move away from the dining hall and who desires more independence and privacy.
