Lockmiller Apartments Dorm Reviews at UTC

Neighbors can be loud. Had a couple of maintenance issues during week 1. Love the balcony. Love the space. I’ve grown to love the couch. Laundry can be a nightmare. I am fond of the shower head and bath tub. I appreciate how big it is. Love my roommates.

I like lockmiller. The kitchen is nice to have and the balconies are nice. My RA is amazing. The only issues I've had so far is a leak that caused water to pour all over my bed at 3 in the morning from the bathroom in the apartment above mine. But maintenance came and fixed it later that day.

It was okay. Nothing special at all but what can you expect from a college dorm. It is very old and rundown, but that makes the experience worth it. Overall good first dorm room, but not if you're picky.

At first i was iffy about Lockmiller but after i moved in and decorated i loved it. Lockmiller is very chill and i wanted to live in a actual apartment that wasn't in a building. I don't have to check in with somebody and it is spacious. Some things are just a little old but decorations make it better.

My experience at Lockmiller has honestly been great. My RA was definitely the coolest out of all of the others that I knew were Resident Assistants at lockmiller. The overall space was a very comforting thing, like they were apartment style so it was actually very nice to come home and it isn't hotel like in the inside.
