Everyone is nice and helpful. There are single dorm rooms where you share the entire dorm (KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA) with other tenants and it is a good experience and a nice way to make friends. My favorite part is having my own room and quiet hours.

It was a really good overall experience. The dorm was filthy when I got there which is the only negative. The staff was super kind and supportive throughout the COVID-19 outbreak. They even helped get my groceries delivered when I got sick.
