Ellington Hall Dorm Reviews at UT Martin

This is my fourth year staying in Ellington Hall, and I really like it. My favorite part of the room is the long desk; it gives me plenty of room to get my work done! The room itself is pretty small, but lofting the bed allows for a lot more storage space. My room has a curtain instead of a stall door in front of the toilet, which makes the bathroom feel a lot bigger. The shower stall is probably my least favorite part of the bathroom because of how small it is. However, there is always plenty of hot water. The AC has worked really well, and it keeps the room comfortably cool!

I enjoyed living in the Ellington hall dormitory for my first year in college. It is very affordable coming into college as a freshman. I love the staff there, especially the janitors. The janitors are sweet older ladies that will always address you if you pass by. My hall resident assistant was the best RA that anyone could ask for. She always lets you know when events are happening across campus and she encourages us to go outside the dorm and mingle with other people. The bedroom is nice. It's small but it's a nice size room for two people. The bathrooms were okay also.

Living here was great, for my first year, but unfortunately its not for me. The bathroom isn't the best. The shower is extremely small. The room in general was great, My hall was almost vacant, so it was very quiet.

Ellington Hall is a great place for incoming freshmen who have a hard time adjusting to new surroundings. It is also easier this way to make new friends coming into campus since classes are virtual. You may even get lucky to get your own room if your assigned roommates decides to move, but you'll still have your other suite mates. The RA completes weekly check ups in a group chat to make sure everyone is okay and is not in need of anything. The showers are a tad bit too small. That is the own down side to of Ellington Hall but other than that it's a great place to begin your college experience.

It has been nice. Each floor has a group chat which helps us communicate. Most every RA is nice and friendly. The atmosphere is nice and each room has a window to let air in. Each side has a desk that is nice for doing work at
