White Hall Dorm Reviews at University of Wyoming

Overall a standard dorm room experience. Nothing out of the ordinary. Not exceptional, but also not terrible. I will say it felt rather cramped at times, and as such I much prefer apartment or housing alternatives.

It was actually extremely fun! We were not restricted to only our floor. There were multiple floor events that allowed you to bond with others. There were a few times that people would walk out the elevator in front of the fishbowl and do random funny stuff. It was also right next to the dining hall so that was really convenient.

People were very friendly and the halls stayed relatively quiet, bathrooms are shared among the floor and are gendered, girls on one side of the floor, boys on the other. It was overall a very fun college experience and would recommend this specific dorm.

Best of the dorm halls at UW due to proximity to both campus and the dining hall. Each room has its own sink and the floors are divided into male/female. The common area is set up for study and game nights. Easy access to the dining hall by an underground tunnel.

White hall is a clean and quiet dorm located closest to the University library and main part of campus. It's too bad campus police is crawling all over the dorms preying on freshman who make safe choices to return or walk home after drinking.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at White Hall, so much so that it is my second year here! The community is extremely close knit, with staff and residents making you feel you truly discovered your home away from home. The community spaces in the center of each floor allow for movie nights, milkshake competitions, card games galore, endless laughter, and so many fun memories made at 2 am that make your experience even better. The room's have a decent amount of storage and the brick walls add a rustic, unique touch. The Resident Assistants do a great job at hosting fun programs to get students actively involved on their floor or in the building. You will definitely enjoy your time in White Hall at the University of Wyoming, for as they say...White Hall Best Hall!!
