Georgia Hall Dorm Reviews at Valdosta State

My experience with Georgia Hall so far has been alright. It’s a beautiful hall, it just hasn’t been the best when it comes to living with three other ppl in a semi-private dorm. Most of the staff half of the time don’t really know how to help with most of our problems. But, overall for my first time in college and being in a dorm I would rate it a 5. Also it’s one of the better halls.

Everything is nice but the showers get a little bit moldy sometimes even when we clean. The thermostat works okay but lately it has been getting really hot in my room. One thing I really like is that we have a ceiling fan.

Georgia hall is the only hall I have lived in, but I have seen the other halls, and I like the privacy that Georgia hall offers with having split rooms instead of shared rooms. It's also quiet and clean.

It's a great place to stay! It costs more but it's definitely worth the money. The private rooms are the best and I have a great RA. My experience has been great and would recommend it for anyone able to afford living here.

So far I have enjoyed my time at Georgia Hall. The RA's are very welcoming and informative. The building is kept up well and they have made the most out of our situation even in a pandemic. The event leaders are always finding ways for us to enjoy our selves, from game night to movie night.

So far, my experience living in Georgia Hall at Valdosta State University has been great. I enjoy having a group with a set RA. I have my own space so I'm completely satisfied and I am able to live as if I were at home.

By far the best dorm hall at Valdosta State University. My RA is great and it is super clean and all the staff is friendly and willing to help out. My only complaint is the light went out in my bathroom but after I called Maintenance it was a fast and easy fix! I one hundred percent recommend living in Georgia hall over any other hall!

Location was ideal - short walk to most classes. The exterior was beautiful and the inside was always clean. Even though I was on the top floor, there are plenty of elevators and clean stairwells. I studied in the common areas and they were always quiet and clean - much better than going to the library.

In comparison to theater halls and their horror stories I believe Georgia is the best hall to live if you want a nice place to stay. In comparison tooth's I do believe it is not as sociable as the other halls are, but I enjoyed the experience even though I did feel like It wasn't as independent as I wanted it to be with the RA's .
