Alderman Road Dorm Reviews at UVA

Alderman has a lot of common rooms which makes it easy to get alone time if one wants to study. The bathrooms are usually very clean. I think the dorm rooms are decently spacious too - there is adequate storage in the room. The desk is the perfect size.

The Alderman Road dorms are among the newest dorms at UVA, meaning they have air conditioning and heat which is great. Almost every room was nearly spotless save for the bathroom. The bathroom was routinely a mess, often due to other residents, though the staff did their best. There was often a shower that would fail to operate. The location is great, right next to a fantastic dining hall and not too far from the classes. The buildings require Student ID to enter, making them fairly safe.
