Quad 1 has been a great place to live while on campus. There is minimum noise in the hallways, rooms are nice a clean when you first arrive, plenty of space, and the common areas are nice as well. Overall quad 1 is a great dorm and I am very happen that I was able to live here while attending Virginia State University.
