During my stay in East Hall, there was always a sense of peace and quiet. It was easy to get work done in the comfort of ones room without having to leave due to excessive noise. The RA was always friendly and up for a chat and he would always ask whether you are doing okay or not. He made sure to let his residents know that they could feel comfortable talking to him if there were concerns.
