The rooms were very spacious which allows for you and your roommate to have your separate spaces. The only problem I ran into was an ant problem briefly, but maintenance got back to us quickly. The bathrooms were only shared by a few people (not technically communal, most likely just you and another room).

My overall experience at this dorm has been amazing. Because of the dorm being an old "mansion", it is easier to get closer with the other people in the dorm and the house itself is beautiful. If I could stay here another year, I definitely would.
