Lee Wicker Residence Hall Dorm Reviews at Winthrop

I love staying here, other than the poor connection issues. This res hall is defiantly one of the better halls. Me and my roommate have meet a lot of new people and enjoy the quite but family atmosphere.

Lee wicker is a good dorm at Winthrop University. It is coed and you share a bathroom with 3 others (your roommate and 2 suitemates. It is conveniently located next to Thomson dining hall and is less than 5 minutes away from Scholars Walk.

Lee Wicker should definitely update the bathrooms. The hall could use updates to make the students feel more comfortable. I felt safe and no complaints about noise or anything. I think better bathrooms is a must.

I love the fact that the bathroom is shared between suitmate’s, however the rooms are small, which is quite bothersome. There is an elevator, but we are supposed to swipe in with our ID card after 8pm.

Safe and rooms are a nice size. Building is very old and smells musty and needs a lot of upgrades. Staff is very friendly but they are very strict about enforcing their policies and rules. Mostly upperclassmen live there so it is overall quiet.
