Roddey Apartments (co-ed) Dorm Reviews at Winthrop

It is very clean , it is quiet , a lot of diversity in the community. It offers a lot of education purposes and it’s really a great school . Everyone is friendly and nice and so is the staff . The food is great

The Roddey Apartments seemed almost too good to be true. They are an affordable, on-campus apartment style option for upper-classmen. At least, that is how it is presented by Residence Life. In reality, the poorly kept, outdated, and run-down building does not pass for an apartment as it is actually suite-style dorms. From rats to broken kitchens to noisy neighbors, you get what you pay for.
