Walls are pretty thin so expect to hear your neighbors if they are loud and it will get pretty hot in the winter so consider bringing a nice fan. The lounges are decent but you can hear everything from your room. more

Heritage and Pioneer Apartments

The building is nice. The residents are usually loud since we can’t socialize as much as we’d like. We had so many fire drills last semester because some residents don’t know how to cook. Other than that, everything is fine. more

I love the maintenance and the people around are lovely. We gather most of the time to watch football. Mostly noisy and entertaining. If you are a loud person you will love there and would be bad to less noisy person. Fun of fun more

When I first moved in it wasn’t clean. Stuff was hanging from the wall. Ants crawling on the beds and all over. The closet had dirty stuff all in it. The maintenance took about a month to come. Overlook south I wouldn’t recommend more
