H. Douglass Covington Hall Dorm Reviews at Winston-Salem State

My experience so far living in Covington has been okay, the only down fall are the bathrooms are not always clean especially the showers there's mold on the shower curtains and the showers are rarely cleaned. But besides that the rooms are a nice size.

Covington hall is really like a hotel. It is very updated and clean. The people who stay there make the experience honestly. Some floors are quiet and some can be loud. I will say the rooms are very nice but they are small, not enough for two people to share. Overall I liked living in Covington but would definitely recommend Martin hall instead.

It was honestly the best thing I could have expected when coming to a university. Very clean, and easy to understand the layout. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The bathrooms, and the showers are great as well. Best dorm on campus

very calm and clean manner. Accessible areas to study as well as socialize. Includes 24 hour laundry room of reasonable size for free. Includes 24 hour computer lab as well. Each floor has their own person lobby with microwave and ample amount of seating.

Being at Covington hall for the past 3 months has given me the experience to experience things I haven't before. Like sharing a room and being so close to a stranger. I don't like the way some people leave the bathroom leaving things, not cleaning the showers after use, trash everywhere. Sometimes they even throw the trash from their room into the small bathroom trashes. Covington being the newest hall for new coming freshman classes is nice and modern and there common rooms are a nice place to catch up on work and warm up some food
