Streit Perham Dorm Reviews at WSU

Pretty terrible, but mainly due to the type of student that ends up in this hall. Streit Perham is found right next to Greek Row and, as such, houses many fraternity and sorority members, hopefuls, and rejects. This is the party dorm, and parties aren't always pretty. Students that are incapable of monitoring themselves end up in dangerous situations. During my stay, the student in the adjacent room became extremely intoxicated, smashed the floor's toaster, and attempted to throw a chair out the laundry room window, cutting himself severely in the process. This situation was handled by the staff, I'm sure, but these are the people attracted to the dorm. I quiet, isolated, studious experience, this is not.

I was pleased to be assigned to dorm in Streit Perham. It was a bit older then the other dorms on the Northside of WSU, but had a very home away from home feeling. Although the rooms were a bit limited on space, my roommate and I made it work. I highly enjoyed spending my freshman year in the Streit Perham dorm.
