Dauten Hall

I lived in Dauten during my freshman year, in Fall 2020. Because of COVID, we all had to live in single rooms, so I had three roommates and we all had our own bedrooms. While I did have one of the smaller rooms, I actually liked living in Dauten. I ended up rearranging the furniture in my bedroom and the common room to make it more spacious and homey, and the common room ended up being a place my roommates and I would sit and hang out, eat, and do homework. I actually still live with one of my roomates from Dauten, and I still talk to the other two. Overall this was my best dorm experience, and I would take this dorm again. The balcony was also awesome, I loved sitting out there whenever I could. more

Hurd House

It's a perfectly fine experience. As long as you get along with your suitemates, you'll be fine. For the most part it is quiet. The main thing I don't like is the lack of an elevator, especially when moving in and out. more

Seeley G. Mudd House

Living in Mudd House has truly made me feel like a part of a community. The staff of Mudd works very hard to provide optional, fun events that encourage the residents of Mudd to interact with each other. One of my favorites is Pudd Pies, which is a monthly event in which all of Park and Mudd House are invited to enjoy desserts and interact. more

Great! Was on the first floor and the location was on of the closest dorms to campus. Rooms were spacious and it was suite style, so no communal bathrooms. Only had slightly noisy neighbors above but doesn't everyone! more

Nathan Dardick House

Amazing dorm. I resided there for the Beyond Boundaries program. Bathrooms are cleaned by staff, and students take out their trash. Two beds in each room connected to one another room by one bathroom. The RA's, faculty, and staff over the building are kind, professional, and truly care about the students they lead. more

Wheeler

Wheeler was a great space. I loved it. The only complaint that I have is that it was pretty far from classes. I would give location a 1 star but It wouldn't let me edit it. I loved the common space and the single that I had. The room was a good size. The bathrooms were good. I had great roommates. I also had a nice view outside my window when it snowed. more

Shepley Hall

Though Far, it is a very nice and quiet place. I enjoy the people in Shep and it is honestly not too long of a walk to get to BD and to Main, you just have to add a little more time into your walking time. more

Liggett-Koenig Residential College

Koenig is paired with Liggett, as many dorms at WashU are. As one of the many modern dorms on WashU's campus, bathrooms are isolated to small suites, which is very nice, and rooms have enough space for all your things. Above all else, the staff is lovely and eager to help with any problem that may arise. more

The Staff at Beau is really nice and the floor communities are amazing. The dorms are slightly smaller than in other dorms, but it still is a really nice residence hall when compared to other schools. more

The rooms are big and clean, I have enough space for all of my things and I love how I feel like I'm home, but away from home. The location of the dorm is very close to the restaurants that are within walking distance. more

Washington Avenue Apartments

It was nice, not too bad, I loved the location and every store and supermarkets were nearby, the beach was also not too far and everything was amazing. People were friendly and my neighbors were also real nice. more
