St. Martin Depores Dorm Reviews at Xavier

The overall experience at St. Martin Depores dormitory in Xavier University of Louisiana has been marked by poor living conditions, lack of cleanliness, inadequate security, and unresponsive management. These issues significantly detract from the overall quality of life for residents, causing frustration and dissatisfaction.

The experience in this residence hall was near perfect until students began to complain about the cleanliness of the hallways. Other than that, this hall is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or another student.

It wasn’t the best living conditions but it also wasn’t the worst at the same time. For the most part it was clean because my roommate and i cleaned it ourselves, but depending on a clean up crew was a no because they were very lazy.

St. Martin Depores is a more spacious dorm style in my opinion. I enjoy living there and its accessibility to the gym and admin. It's a little bit of a distance from the Convocation Center, but it's not super far. Overall I like it a lot.

I don't have a picture of the dorm, because I'm currently living in a hotel rented out by the school because of the pandemic. These were my dorms just the sophomore year however and I must say they were pretty nice and neat. The maintenance can be better I feel like they just put a band-aid on a lot of things instead of just fixing them. Overall this place is nice and neat for the most part the staff are cool as well as my neighbors I would recommend this dorm to any and everyone.
