I love getting to have a common area with a kitchen so that I can have family dinners with my roommates and other friends on campus. Overall I love living in Rollins and wouldn’t change it for the world.

Rollins is a great apartment style dorm with plenty of space, yet it is a little run down and there is some renovations and cleaning up that could be done. The common room area could use some additions like some storage or some countertops, maybe even an area to prepare meals since the area is so large and most empty.
