False fire alarms pulled 2 to 3 times a week in the middle of night. Three tier intervention interviews required to move to a new room. Mail service delayed at best but most times not received. Bathroom stalls too small with door hitting knees. Limited hot water for showers. Washing machine didn't clean clothes well. Overall way too much money for what was provided.
