I thoroughly enjoyed living in Frank Hall throughout my freshman year. I would describe Frank as one of the nicer dorms on campus. The dorm was always clean and looks very nice on the inside. Never once did I feel unsafe. If there was any type of concern regarding safety, noise, or other problems, the maintenance and RA staff addressed it quickly. The only thing that I didn't always love about Frank was the location, as it was further away from the main campus and dining hall. However, it is still in a better location than a lot of other west side dorms. I would still prefer this dorm over a lot of the other dorms that have more convenient locations. I would highly recommend Frank Hall to anyone living on campus at App State!
