It's a college dorm. It was actually fun. Lots of energy and stuff going on. It's nice to have a car with A/C, but it is highly walkable to classes if you don't mind the heat. (You wouldn't be in Arizona otherwise?) Cleanliness, well, this is where you learn to live with all kinds of people, right?
