Spens-Black of Unit 3 dormitories was very close to campus at UC Berkeley, specifically to the gymnasium and the main science library. Spens-Black was also a few feet located from the Unit 3 dining hall, making food easily accessible. However, the elevator was out of order several days of the week upon my 1 year stay there, which made moving in and moving out very difficult.
