My experience at Tiao Properties would be it is a very friendly place for students to accommodate themselves. There are people who are willing to assist you with what you need and they might even become friends with you which can benefit you with your college journey. I think this place is underrated because there are so many people who think that this place is not as suitable as they think it is. I would recommend Tiao Properties to a friend because this is a great place to live while going to college.

Amazing best place to enjoy my first time being away from home. I was very comfortable. Made a lot of friends and had so much fun. Best experience I love my besties I truly made friends for life. 100% would recommend to people looking for a place to fit in after leaving high school.
