I stayed in the Harris Apartments about 2 years ago.
Pros: Generally quiet, spacious, private
Cons: Old/worn down facilities and walls, can be isolating at times
Overall the apartments are affordable but if you want something nicer I do not suggest these. (Apartments can be decorated and made homier but they are generally outdated). I did not mind living here, but if you have a roommate make sure you get along because not having a compatible roommate made living here even worse. A good option if you want some peace and a quiet study environment.
